DIFFUSERS - 200ml with black reeds
We simply no longer stock this size, or the black reeds. There is nothing wrong with these diffusers they are just a bigger 200ml size that wasn't as popular as our standard 125ml size. These are a great purchase.

CANDLES
CHOCOLATE VELVET [Chocolate + Tonka Bean + Vanilla + Hazelnut] is a discontinued fragrance and these are the very last few items. There is some frosting (a visual imperfection that is normal with soy candles over time) that has developed but that doesn't affect the fragrance or burn, they still smell great we are just making way for other fragrances.

Imperfect candles - back to the perfect for me!

After an initial 3hr burn, these candles developed a strong "burning wick" aroma which unfortunately overpowered the candle scent. I love these candles, but will just purchase the perfect ones now.

That sounds unusual Linda. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I’ll reach out to you directly to get some more information to hopefully diagnose what’s happened here, as our imperfect stock should still smell amazing. Love to be able to fix this for you.
