Are your products made locally?
We proudly make all our candles, diffusers and room sprays locally and we thank you for supporting small Australian business.

How strong are your fragrances?
Our fragrances range in strength to appeal to differing customer preferences. If you're looking for suggestions based on your preference, feel free to chat with us. Most of our fragrances could be defined as moderate to upper-moderate strength without being overpowering, as this appeals to most people.

The size of a candle (and its melted wax pool) also influences fragrance throw in your home.
Our Medium (33hr) is a single wick + suits smaller rooms.
Our Extra Large (70hr) is double wicked + suits medium and larger rooms.

What's in your fragrance products?
We use premium fragrance that adheres to IFRA and RIFM standards so that you can rely on their safety and purity.
All our fragrance products are manufactured in Australia, are phthalate-free and have never been tested on animals.
Our fragrance products use fragrance oils that are specifically created for use in candles, diffusers and room sprays, many of these are blended with essential oils (but only ones which are safe to burn).

Why don't you exclusively use Essential Oils?
Essential oils don't perform well in candles on their own, there are some which are actually dangerous to burn. Modern, premium fragrance oils are far superior to essential oils and are a safer option for use in candles.

Can I recycle my candle jars?
Yes! Re-using them is the most eco-friendly option, bring them back to us (or when we deliver we can collect from you). We re-use them to reduce our impact on the environment, or you can place them in your home recycling bin.

Do you have a retail store?
We are an online business and while we don't currently have a showroom, we can facilitate click + collect from our Abbotsford address. We've also got free local delivery for selected local postcodes and of course courier for further beyond.

Can we pick up an order now?
Most items are available for same day click + collect (even on weekends and public holidays), however sometimes we need a day or two to fulfill an order if we need to make stock to fulfill your order. If quick turnaround is essential, please call/text/chat Simon on 0408199464 and he'll let you know if what you are looking for is in stock and ready for collection.

How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries (FREE and made by us) usually arrive 1-2 days after ordering. If you need same day please call/text/chat with us. Please note free local deliveries are typically made in evenings and weekends.
All other metro and regional deliveries (flat rate $9.95) are made with our 100% carbon-neutral express delivery partners who collect directly from us and then deliver to you. Some remote deliveries are made with Australia Post, these will take a little longer as they don't collect from us.
Most of the time, we request your courier within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery is then typically:
Metro Melbourne 1-2 days after courier pickup.
Metro East Coast 2-4 days after courier pickup.
Metro Perth 5-6 days after courier pickup.
Regional locations vary from 2-7 days, if delivery time is important please call/text/chat and we can give you an indication.

During periods of peak demand, courier times can extend beyond these estimates. Once your order leaves us, we regrettably cannot control the delivery time.

Can I customise the jar/lid/label/fragrance?
You used to stock a fragrance I loved, can I still order it?
Reach out to us and let us know what you're looking for. Chances are we can make your wish come true. We change fragrances often to keep things interesting and sometimes have enough left of paused lines to make you some more.
