• How long do the pods last?
  Each 45ml fragrance pod lasts up to 12 weeks on the 3-hour setting or 6 weeks on the 6-hour setting.

  A high-quality blend of Australian fragrance oils and many are boosted with essential oils. All of our fragrances are certified by the IFRA for their safety and purity. Phthalate-free. Vegan. Pet safe (please read below for more information on this).

  Our scents are formulated to be pleasingly bold. Where you place the diffuser within your home will determine strength as airflow aids the scent throw. We encourage trying different power points to find the place you enjoy the fragrance most.

• Where should I install it?
  Any upright power point is fine. For best results, many customers place one at the entrance or hallway, and another in a living zone.

• How does a Plug-in Diffuser compare to a Reed Diffuser?
  Reed diffusers are ideal for smaller, enclosed spaces like bathrooms or wardrobes. Our Plug-in Diffuser best suits medium to larger areas, offering stronger scent dispersion.

• Can I reuse the unit?
  Yes - after the initial purchase of the plug-in unit, you only need to buy the fragrance pods for refills.

• Are your fragrances safe for pets?
  Yes we adhere to IFRA and RIFM certifications for both ingredients used and their levels to ensure safety and purity. That said, ensure your pet has access to non-scented spaces for them to rest in as everyone (including pets) have different preferences for what they like and don't like. Cats and dogs are more sensitive to both eucalyptus and citrus fragrance notes so we suggest picking fragrances without these notes if this is a concern for you.
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the wick – Push the diffuser wick through the opening of the fragrance pod until it fully reaches the bottom.

2. Attach the pod – Place the pod under the diffuser and twist gently until secure.

3. Plug in upright only – Always plug the diffuser into an upright wall socket. Do not use it sideways or upside down, as fragrance may leak into the unit.

4. Turn on and set timer – Press the power button to switch on, then press again to choose your desired run time (in hours).

5. Daily auto-start – The diffuser will automatically turn on at the same time each day. To cancel this feature, switch the unit off using the power button or unplug it.
