🏠 Local Delivery

Who's local: Richmond 3121, Abbotsford 3067, Kew 3101, East Melbourne 3002, Trentham 3458
Delivery Time: usually 2-3 days
Cost: FREE on orders $50+ // $5 for orders under $50
Carrier: Most of the time it will be us personally

✨ Standard Courier

Delivery Time: usually 1-6 business days
Cost: FREE on orders $120+ // $9.95 flat rate under $120
Carrier: Couriers Please, Aramex, Australia Post, TNT

We select the best value carrier by default. If you have a preference of carrier please contact us before we send. We can upgrade your delivery but note that any difference in cost will apply.

Please note that we cannot control the delivery time of a 3rd party courier and unexpected delays can occur at any time of year. Any packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempt will be refunded, minus delivery costs.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed with care and typically leave us within 1-2 business days. During busy periods (public holidays or sale events), please allow a little extra time -- but we promise it’s worth the wait.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. From there, you can follow your candle’s journey from our hands to yours.
