✨ STANDARD PARCEL POST

Please note we use Australia Post for 99% of our orders
Delivery Time: usually 2-7 business days (very remote locations may exceed this)
Shipping Charge: FREE on orders $120+ or $9.95 flat rate on orders under $120

✨ EXPRESS POST

Delivery Time: usually 1-3 business days within the Australia Post express post network
Cost: $15.95 flat rate

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE

We use Australia Post with authority to leave by default. If you have a preference of carrier or require a signature please contact us before we send. We may be able to upgrade your delivery but note that any difference in cost will apply.

Please note that we cannot control the delivery time once we have shipped your order and unexpected delays can occur at any time of year. Any packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempt will be refunded, minus the delivery costs.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed with care and typically leave us within 1-2 business days, although occasionally we manage to dispatch same day.
During busy periods (public holidays or sale events), please allow a little extra time -- but we promise it’s worth the wait.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. From there, you can follow your candles' journey from our hands to yours.
