WHAT DOES IT DO?Magnesium is most popular for its role in improving sleep quality, it is also known for its ability to speed up muscle recovery.
Magnesium is crucial for muscle contraction and relaxation. It helps regulate neuromuscular signals and is involved in the stability of cell membranes, which is vital for maintaining healthy muscle function. Magnesium also helps your body lower circulating insulin levels, regulating glucose uptake.
Magnesium is involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions in your body.
WHY THIS MAGNESIUM?
Our unscented Magnesium Oil Body Mist is made using pure magnesium chloride salts, sourced from a pristine lake on the Tibetan Plateau more than 3,200+ metres above sea level. Known to be of very high quality and completely isolated from pollutants and contaminants often found at sea level.
Topical magnesium is readily absorbed, and is a safe, natural and easy way to increase your magnesium intake.
Note that while this product is called Magnesium Oil, it does not contain oils. It refers to the texture that magnesium chloride leaves on the skin once absorbed.

Directions
Spray 3-6 times on your torso, arms, legs or feet each night before bed and massage in. A gentle tingle or itch is normal and can be a signal of magnesium deficiency. Avoid broken skin.

Each 45ml fragrance pod will last up to 12 weeks when used on the 3-hour setting per day, or 6 weeks on the 6-hour setting.
Longevity will vary depending on your chosen timer setting and room conditions. If you use your plug-in diffuser infrequently, we recommend placing the cap back on when not in use to prevent evaporation.

The best position for a plug-in diffuser is in hallways/entrances and open plan living spaces.
Position your plug-in diffuser where there is airflow (even from people moving about) to aid the circulation of fragrance.
Pro-tip, if you have ducted heating or cooling, positioning your plug-in near the intake vent will circulate fragrance throughout your entire home.
